Reward Scheme Conditions
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the reward scheme, users must have an active account on the DOT Ads platform and must meet any other criteria as specified by us (DOT Ads) from time to time.
2. Reward Calculation: Rewards are calculated based on the total ad spend of the user account via the DOT Ads platform.
3. Claiming Rewards: Rewards can only be claimed once. Any attempts to claim the same reward multiple times will result in the forfeiture of the reward and may lead to further actions, including account suspension.
4. Discretionary Rewards: Rewards are offered at our discretion only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward scheme at any time without prior notice.
5. No Transfer: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation unless explicitly stated by us.
6. Account Standing: Users with accounts that are suspended or under investigation are not eligible to claim rewards until their account status is resolved.
7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the ad platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the reward scheme, including, but not limited to, any errors in the calculation of rewards or any unauthorized access to user accounts.
